#99 Neskowin Village, Light and airy 1 bedroom with loft.  1 block from the beach. 1 Double in bedroom and one Q futon and 1 Twin in loft. Fully-equipped kitchen w/microwave & dishwasher. Wood Stove, nice wrap-around deck. TV/VCR. No cable, however free DVD rentals are available at the Grey Fox office. WIFI is provided to stream Netflix and such if you are a subscriber. Bath has shower, but no tub.

No smoking or pets. Accommodates a maximum of 5 guests & 3 cars.
