CONDO DESCRIPTION: This (third, top Floor), Studio room #314 is a great getaway with an awesome View! Located at Neskowin Resort, this is an OCEANFRONT room overlooking the beachfront and creek that sleeps three, has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It has a kitchenette that is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, small refrigerator, small stove and a small table with chairs. There is even an electric fireplace, so you can kick back and get cozy! There is a Queen Size Bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin Hide-a-bed with plenty of bedding, plus a recliner to stretch out in while watching the ocean (that is right outside your door) or the cable TV with a DVD player built in and a good selection of DVDs to choose from. There is also high speed WiFi in this Non-smoking room. There are binoculars for closer ocean viewing and whale watching, tub/shower combo including hairdryer, iron with small iron board, and small fan. Private seasonal beach access, and on site laundry facilities, and meeting room to rent. If you want to relax on the beach, there are beach chairs to use in the condo as well, or you can enjoy your own private deck (with plenty of deck seating) facing the ocean with some of the most awesome views and sunsets!!
