314 – Neskowin Resort

CONDO DESCRIPTION: Room #314 STUDIO is a NON SMOKING (third, top Floor) great getaway with an awesome View! Located at Neskowin Resort. This is an OCEANFRONT room, overlooking the beach, Proposal Rock, Ghost Forest, and creek at the same time. This room sleeps two and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It has a kitchenette that is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, blender, microwave, small refrigerator, small stove and a small table with chairs. A tub/shower combo including hairdryer, iron with small iron board. There is even an electric fireplace, so you can kick back and get cozy! It has a Queen Size Bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin Hide-a-bed with plenty of bedding, plus a recliner to stretch out in while watching the ocean (that is right outside your door) or the cable TV with a DVD player built in and a good selection of DVDs to choose from. There is high speed WiFi, and binoculars for closer ocean viewing, storm watching and whale watching. There’s a Private seasonal bridge with direct access to the beach (from Memorial day to Labor day). If you want to relax on the beach, there are beach chairs to use in the condo as well, or you can enjoy your own private deck (with plenty of deck seating) facing the ocean with some of the most awesome views and sunsets!!

RESORT AMENITIES and SURROUNDING AREA: Neskowin is a quiet and charming coastal village that is considered to be one of the most romantic and peaceful beaches around. Where the people are friendly and the views are awesome! It is located at the North end of Cascade Head right in front of Proposal Rock, nestled between two beautiful year-round creeks that join together and flow into the ocean right outside your door.  You can also enjoy a variety of activities such as beach combing while you check out the ghost forest next to proposal rock (on the 5 miles of secluded beach), kite flying, or climbing the very beautiful Proposal Rock at low tide. In the town of Neskowin, amid the quaint beach cottages and condos, you’ll also find within easy walking distance, a general grocery store (with a Deli that includes breakfast items and Espresso), The Café on Hawk Creek restaurant, a Seasonal Farmers Market (May to October) and an Art Gallery.  There is an outdoor BBQ in the common area of the Resort, and they also have a meeting room to rent for special events. There is also a seasonal nine-hole 35 par golf course (in the village) with its charming Clubhouse, as well as year round golf courses, shopping, restaurants, Casino, and a variety of activities in the nearby towns of Lincoln City, Salishan, Depoe Bay, (with the award winning Pelican Brew Pub, surfing and Dory boats in Pacific City), all just minutes away. There are numerous hiking trails (including on Cascade Head), bike riding, launch your kayak through the bird estuary of Nestucca Bay, and seasonal horseback riding in Pacific City, all this and more in and around Neskowin.
