House 30 South Beach

This newly built home is in the South Beach gated community of Neskowin.  It sits in a wooded area and is only a 4 to 5 block walk to the beach!  The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds.  The bathroom has a lovely shower but no bathtub.  There is a nice sectional couch in the living room, Roku Smart TV, Star Link and Wifi along with a fold out table and 4 stools.  Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove and it also has a dishwasher.  There is even a propane burning firepit on the front deck! Bringing your dogs is an option with a fee.
